What is my role as a homeowner when a property management company oversees my property?

You’re still considering investing into a rental property and you KNOW that you want a property management company to oversee your property and manage the ins and outs of the day to day, but you’re still wondering what your role as a homeowner looks like.

Once you are onboarded with our specialized team of owner success managers and you’ve selected the owner programs you’d like to be a part of (facilities maintenance, linen and toiletries programs, etc.,) you can choose to be as hands-on or -off as you’d like.

Afterall, this is your property. We’re just here to help you make sure we can ensure long-term success from your short-term rental asset.

If necessary, your permission will be needed to approve occasional maintenance and repair requests. These are far and few between, but we want to be sure that you are kept in the loop as to what’s happening in and at your property.

You also want to make sure that you select and block off the dates you plan to utilize your home. (Remember: While we want you to feel as comfortable as possible using your home as often as you’d like, just remember the more days you stay in it, the less income you’ll bring in.)

Once everything is set up onboarding wise, we’ll ensure you’re administratively set up to receive timely disbursements and full compliance from our team.
