Behind Brightwild’s design and development team is father & daughter duo Blaire and Brad Weiser, Breland Morales and Elaine Spottswood who have been meticulously working on an accelerated timeline to get the newest phase of the homes completed. Tiles, textiles and paint colors were each hand-selected for the individual homes–with no duplication taking place between the differing homes.

They’re adorned with well thought out design, outdoor furniture including fire pits, covered outdoor spaces and unique-to-home swimming pools.
“Key West is on the map as an international destination,” said Blaire Weiser.
“It was important to us to ensure the homes were individually crafted while still having different aesthetic styles. If you have a design preference when you’re selecting your home, we want to ensure we have something designed for you that incorporates thoughtful amenities with distinctive design to inspire creativity and help you form more meaningful connections—not just with your destination, but with your fellow travelers.”
From the moment guests arrive, they'll be immersed in the local culture. The properties feature native landscaping, providing a sense of place and history. Whether you're taking a trip or hosting a family reunion or a bachelorette party, these homes are equipped with beautiful Viking appliances and offer plenty of space for entertaining.
Of course, building these new homes was not without its challenges. The supply chain shortages of recent years meant the design team had to be ready to pivot on different light fixtures and other quintessential items if lead times were too prolonged. But the Brightwild team was up to the task, making quick decisions that would best speak to the homes' unique story and location thanks to the help from Virseriu Studio, one of Brightwild’s partners.
Although not every home is seated on the water, guests have access to private docks, ensuring they can park their boats just steps from where they're residing. These properties are perfect for the fishing type who want direct backyard water access without having to visit a marina.
The community was developed and refined with hospitality in mind, and every detail has been carefully considered to ensure guests have the best possible experience. From the stunning waterfront views to the luxurious amenities, every element of the community has been designed to exceed guests' expectations.
