Brightwild Named a Top Workplace by Sun Sentinel for Second Year in a Row

A lot has changed for Brightwild since we were named a Top Workplace by Sun Sentinel in 2023. Our team has grown exponentially, we’ve onboarded several amazing new properties, opened a bar, and much more. In the midst of the change and growth, something we’ve been certain has remained steadfast and consistent is our dedication to culture, community, and experience–for our team and guests alike. 

The essence of the Brightwild difference is that we don’t just say we’re about culture, we act on that–and it’s important to us for that to begin from the top down. We prioritize open communication channels for team members to voice their concerns with leadership. We empower them with autonomy and a sense of ownership in their roles. We work to create a culture where team members want to be together, not rush out the door. (And we think that our staggeringly high retention rate of employees AND our rental units speaks for itself.) 

Once again, Brightwild proudly participated in Sun Sentinel and Energage’s confidential yet informative survey process this year, alongside nearly 4,000 organizations. Being counted among the select group of recognized employers is a testament to our ongoing dedication.

For 2024, 6,649 organizations were invited to survey their employees, and 174 were surveyed. Based on employee survey feedback, with a 56.7% response rate, a record 138 organizations have earned recognition in the 10th year of the Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplaces program. Small organizations have fewer than 125 employees in South Florida, midsize have 125-399; large have 400-plus. Brightwild is considered a small organization. 

As we continue our expansion across Florida, our commitment remains steadfast: to nurture and empower our team members to reach their fullest potential, benefiting both our company and their individual futures.
