A few months ago we were presented with the opportunity to apply to Sun Sentinel’s yearly top workplace survey. We knew we had a healthy culture, leadership was respected and that we have always strived to have clear, honest and open communication, which led to the decision to apply for this prestigious award.
According to the Sun Sentinel, the top workplaces award is based on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, a leading research firm that specializes in employee engagement. The survey measures several factors, including leadership, organizational culture, communication and employee satisfaction.
We received a tremendous turnout and positive responses from our team in taking this survey which led us to be named as one of Sun Sentinel’s 2023 top workplaces.
