Still, between his numerous passions and talents, his beloved boat, Pilar, stood superb above all else. And so, Papa + Pilar = Papa’s Pilar Rum. Of all the places Hemingway traveled in his lifetime, it only made sense that Key West be the hub where his rum is distilled.
